Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions:

The standard Jura warranty on domestic machines are 25months. We add an additional 23 months to this warranty subject to the machine being returned to Heavenly Coffees in Centurion for repairs.

NB:The warranty will not be honoured by any other service centre.

The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®)

Jura developed The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®), which optimises the extraction time and guarantees the best aroma for short speciality coffees. This process allows the flavours of the coffee to develop fully. With eight different intensity levels, coffee lovers can customise their coffee just as they like it.

Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®)

To make utmost use of the filter and its capacity, Jura developed the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.®). 

RFID Technology wirelessly links the filter cartridge and coffee machine automatically, making the E6's filter easy to use and dependable.

CLARIS water filters supply perfect water quality for the best possible flavour. They also protect the coffee machine against limescale and remove substances that could impair flavour and aroma (such as heavy metals or chlorine) from the water.
