Tango in the Twilight
This coffee is delicious tango of the flavours of a medium roast Brazilian Cerrado and a dark roast Uganda Bugisu. Flavour notes of honey and nuts can be found in this coffee. This coffee is definitely a medium strength coffee and can be enjoyed in any way but does create a delicious cappuccino and espresso.
NB:Please note that we do not grind coffee beans for espresso. Due to the variations in equipment we highly recommend that you should purchase a good quality burr grinder for making espresso. All coffees taste better freshly ground.

Alan Tried this when it appeared as the coffee of the month and after a few pulls quickly ordered another 2kg. Using it with my manual expresso maker and it consistently pulls one good shot after another. I detect slight hazelnut notes. While very happy with it as it is, but as my preference is for slightly lighter roasts I do wonder how this could compare if it were roasted lighter.
