If you think you have been making a mean cuppa using your machine, think again. What was a good cup before, is now a professional brew. Well worth it if you are trying to hone your skills as a barista. It was good to get some of the theory in from the plant, to the brew. Understanding what is happening with your machine and the beans helped me to understand the process better and seeing how to create an arty tulip from the frothed milk has also showed me what I was doing wrong. Certainly something to experience.

St.Anastacia Coffee
This blend was developed for those enjoying the slightly darker roasts that we have an offer. We did something unusual(for us) by roasting the Ethiopian coffee on the darker side to cut back on the traditional acidity of Ethiopian Coffees and bringing out some chocolatey notes and then blending it with a medium roast Brazilian Coffee for some soft creamy body and a hint of nuttiness.
This coffee is recommended for filter & plunger brews. Also work very well for Espresso based drinks
NB:Please note that Espresso Ground Coffee is done at your risk. Due to the variations in equipment we highly recommend that you should purchase a good quality burr grinder for making espresso. All coffees taste better freshly ground.
