If you think you have been making a mean cuppa using your machine, think again. What was a good cup before, is now a professional brew. Well worth it if you are trying to hone your skills as a barista. It was good to get some of the theory in from the plant, to the brew. Understanding what is happening with your machine and the beans helped me to understand the process better and seeing how to create an arty tulip from the frothed milk has also showed me what I was doing wrong. Certainly something to experience.

The Gaggia MD15 is a good quality budget grinder with stainless steel conical burrs. It will grind fine enough for a good quality espresso with most beans.
We did find that with a medium roast decaf bean it could not grind find enough for a good quality shot.
It is easy to adjust, reasonably quiet and overall good value for money.

From espresso to filter coffee, it is possible to choose among 15 different grinder settings. Moreover, the digital timer allows you to grind pre-set quantites of coffee.
Wide containers
The coffee beans container has a capacity of 300 grams. The ground coffee container has a capacity of 150 grams and can be removed, in order to place the filter-holder directly under the coffee dispenser.
