C Daniels Paid for the kettle in the first photo. And received a completely different kettle. Disappointed.
Hi Chantal - As you will see there are two pics of the kettle. They are in fact functionally the same kettle from the same supplier with only cosmetic changes made to the kettle.
I will send you a private mail to arrange for collection of the kettle and to refund you. We apologise for the inconvenience but we really did not think it would make a differenmce but we want you to be happy. The other kettle is unfortunately no longer available.
We have now refunded Chantal and arranged for collection of the item
